NBA DFS Projections
The projections below are created from our custom NBA model for DraftKings and FanDuel. Projections will be updated for any injury/inactive news that breaks prior to lock as best as possible. In the future, we plan to provide player rates “if starting” for ease of adjustment in the absence of timely updates.
Notes will be provided between updates as time allows, long-term absences in the OUT section will only be updated for relevant changes, and players who have been out for extended periods will not be listed every day until there is news of their return, which will be highlighted. Bold text in the “Update Notes” line will be the most recent reporting, if the status line next to the time stamp is red and says “pending” the update to include the bold text news is in the works; if it says “updated” in green, all of the news has been accounted for in the current projections.

Update Notes: Eric Gordon is OUT. Desmond Bane will play. Lamar Stevens is starting for Boston, not Queta. D’Moi Hodge is a healthy body on the Lakers and not a name we just made up, he has been added to the 7:05 update with minimal minutes projected on the short Lakers bench, Alex Fudge and Colin Castelton are the remaining down-bench options. Kristaps Porzingis is confirmed OUT. Anthony Davis is OUT, Cam Reddish & D’Angelo Russell are OUT. Cam Reddish & D’Angelo Russell are “unlikely to play”. Reporting suggests that Anthony Davis may be more doubtful than questionable. Amen Thompson is out, Jae’Sean Tate is confirmed out. Desmond Bane is “on track to play“. Markelle Fultz is out. Jaylen Brown will play, De’Andre Hunter is out, Zion Williamson will play, PJ Washington is out, Jordan Poole will play, Cam Reddish & D’Angelo Russell are both now questionable.
